I recently had the opportunity to meet up with my sisters in New York for a fun weekend! And I’m here to share all the details with you. So let’s go….Continue ReadingFollow my blog with Bloglovin
Hello TEA Birds,
Do you feel like you need at least 2 or 3 days off to go on a mini vacation or staycation? Get away from the city, escape your responsibilities and get some much-needed R&R? Well, I’m here to tell you, that all you need for a relaxing staycation is 24 hours.
Drew and I recently spent 24 hours in Joshua Tree and I kid you not by the time we got back I felt like we were gone for the entire weekend. And I just realized this but this is not the first time we do a 24 hour adventure. Last year we spent 24 hours in Newport Beach and that was super fun.Continue ReadingFollow my blog with Bloglovin

It totally gave me flashbacks of our rainy Italy Trip! lol

Hello TEA birds! I hope you enjoyed our last Italy post – part 1 of our Winter Italy Trip- Sorrento, Amalfi, and Pompeii. And are ready for part 2 Rome!!
Rome was a crazy 2-day adventure with a lot of things to do and see and not enough time. It’s worth mentioning that Rome is a complete departure from the relaxing scenery of Sorrento. Just like any other big city Rome is crowded with tourist, street vendors, scammers and plenty of traffic. And this is in February technically the “off-season” honestly I can’t imagine how crazy crowded it gets during the summer.Follow my blog with Bloglovin
Hello T.E.A Birds!
First, allow me to say Happy New Year! I know it’s mid-February, but I feel renewed. To be truthfully honest January 1st didn’t feel like a new year for me, and I’ve been struggling with setting goals and getting that “New Year” surge of energy.
But alas Hello 2018! I am here, and I’m ready to dominate… is that what I’m supposed to say or is it the new year new me thing?
Anyway, this “new year” surge of energy I’m feeling is partly due to our recent trip to the beautiful country of Italy or should I say Italia!
We spent a total of six nights in Italy. Four nights in Sorrento and two nights in Rome. So I’m going to break this Italy post into two parts. Given the title, you can probably guess I’m going to discuss our time in Sorrento and surrounded cities. As for Rome check back next week for the blog post and stay tuned for the Italy Video soon to be uploaded to our Youtube.
Hello, Hello, Hello,
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I was recently in Columbus Ohio. It was my first time in Columbus, and I freaking loved it. Columbus, Ohio is such a beautiful city, and the people are just incredibly friendly.
Drew and I went to Columbus for a 3-day conference called the “Summit of Greatness” by Lewis Howes. If you haven’t heard me rave about Lewis Howes you have to look him up he is amazing! He has one of the top podcast on iTunes called “The School of Greatness.” If you love hearing entrepreneurs speak on their journey if you like to be motivated and inspired by the most incredible people in this world you have to listen to the podcast.
Besides being in Colombus, Ohio for “The Summit of Greatness” Drew and I wanted to take advantage of the trip, so we flew in a few days early to explore the city. And I am so glad we did because it was AMAZING!
So here is a little list of the restaurants and places we visited while in Columbus, Ohio. Sort of like a “mini city guide.”Continue Reading
Imagine walking into a giant Gold Shipping container and being transported to a different part of the world. Sounds cool right?
Well that’s exactly what the Portals Project is all about. It’s an immersive experience walking into a gold shipping container and instantly being connected to someone who’s located in another country. Drew and I got to participate in this experience last week and it was amazing.
We connected with individuals our own age in Gaza City, Palestine. Drew and I didn’t know what to expect so we just went in with an open mind. We were both super excited and a little nervous. Continue ReadingFollow my blog with Bloglovin
Sightseeing and history lessons are always my favorite part about traveling. So when I found out we were going to Phoenix, Arizona I was excited because I’ve never visited before. We didn’t have a whole lot of time to explore the city since we were there for a family function. However, a visit to the Rosson House Museum fit right into our schedule.
